1.2 By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
1.3 If you request tickets for one of our battlefield tours you will have to agree to these terms and conditions with a legal binding digital signature through DocuSign when making your purchase.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Payment Methods, Products, Ticket Requests & Deposit, Discounts, Deliveries, Refunds & Cancellation Fees, Ticket Transfer
5.1 Payment Methods
5.1.1 International payments are processed by credit card – only for U.S. residents payment by credit card or check is available.
5.1.2 Requesting tickets through the form on our website, we will take your credit card details by phone. For international buyers outside of the U.S. we offer phone calls through WhatsApp to avoid costs on our customer´s end. Once you have requested tickets for one of our battlefield tours through the form on our website, we will get back to you with further information including payment details by email. To effect your payment you will have to call us during the museum´s opening hours indicated on our website.
5.1.3 Requesting tickets by phone within the U.S., we will take your credit card details for payment during the call or will give you further details on how to submit a payment check to us. Phone calls will be answered during the museum´s opening hours which are indicated on our website.
5.1.4 Requesting tickets in person at the Gettysburg Museum of History, we will take your credit card payment or check on site.
5.2 Products (Battlefield Tour Tickets)
5.2.1 The advertising of products on our website or on site at the Gettysburg Museum of History or in any other printed format constitutes an "invitation to treat" rather than a contractual offer.
5.2.2 We may periodically change the products available on our website, at the Gettysburg Museum of History or in any other printed format and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.
5.2.3 Prices stated on our website, at the Gettysburg Museum of History or in any other printed format may be stated incorrectly.
5.2.4 The sale and purchase of products through our website, at the Gettysburg Museum of History or by phone will be subject to terms and conditions of sale, and you will have to agree to these terms & conditions each time you request tickets through our website, at the Gettysburg Museum of History or by phone.
5.2.5 The prices of all products on the website, at the Gettysburg Museum of History or in our brochures are indicated in $ USD (US Dollars). Depending on the product and your location, additional exchange fees may apply based on your credit card provder´s regulations. These fees are at the customer´s responsability and not included in the product prices unless stated otherwise.
5.2.6 We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
5.2.7 Any product reviews that you submit for publication on our website shall be subject to the terms of Section 11 and Section 13.
5.3 Ticket Requests & Deposit Payment
5.3.1 To submit a ticket request, you must provide your contact details including full name, valid email address and phone number. The information requested is mandatory and essential for the management of the contract, the customer relationship and the provision of our products.
5.3.2 Product sales will only be considered final after successful payment of the full price of any products.
5.3.3 Tickets are limited in quantity and therefore a ticket request can not be confirmed by We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC once the amount of available tickets has sold out. We do not give any guarantee that tickets will still be available at the time of your ticket request. Once tickets have sold out it will be communicated on our website.
5.3.4 A deposit payment of 50% based on your total purchase amount is required to guarantee your booking. Deposit payments are available for a limited time only for each battlefield tour depending on the dates on which an advertised battlefield tour will take place. We reserve the right to change, modify or cancel the availability of a deposit payment. In such case only full payments will be accepted and you have no right to request a deposit payment.
5.4.1 Discounts for battlefield tours are available if you pay your order in full as indicated on the ticket description of each battlefield tour. Discounts are available for a limited time only and indicated in US Dollars for each individual tour on the ticket description. Please see the ticket description of each battlefield tour to be aware of when the discount period will end.
5.4.2 We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC reserves the right to modify, withdraw or end its offers on discounts for battlefield tours at any time and you have no right to request a discount.
5.5.1 This section shall not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; rather, our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products is indicated in these terms and conditions.
5.5.2 No physical tickets for our battlefield tours will be sent out. Once the payment of the full amount of your purchase has been submitted to us, your ticket confirmation is your valid ticket. You must have your ticket confirmation in printed or digital format with you when doing the tour check-in on site.
5.6 Refunds & Cancellation Fees
5.6.1 Refunds for any purchase made through our website, on site at the Gettyburg Museum of History or by phone are subject to a cancellation fee. In case that you have to cancel your attendance, a 50% cancellation fee of the full ticket amount applies. No currency exchange or payment fees that you might have had will be refunded.
5.6.2 Any tickets to our battlefield tours are excluded from a full refund. In the unlikely event of a cancellation of the entire battlefield tour, the event will be postponed to new dates and your tickets will remain valid for those dates. Additional individual fees such as ticketing costs, currency exchange fees, travel or accommodation costs or any other costs of any kind that may have incurred will not be refunded to you.
5.6 Ticket Transfer
5.6.3 Tickets are transferable in written form only. Please use the ticket form on our website to request a ticket transfer to another person. You must transmit your personal information provided to us when you booked your tickets. With your message in the form you will have to submit the full name of the new ticket holder including a valid email address and phone number. It will be mandatory for the new ticket holder to agree to our terms and conditions. By requesting and completing a ticket transfer you will loose your right to attend the battlefield tour you initially have purchased tickets for.
6. Battlefield Tours, International Travel, Travel Insurance, Health & Mobility Concerns
6.1 Battlefield Tours
6.1.1 Tickets for our battlefield tours are personalised and available to purchase by a request through our website, on site at the Gettysburg Museum of History or by phone.
6.1.2 Once a ticket request has been completed and paid in full, you will receive a ticket confirmation. No physical tickets will be sent out.
6.1.3 Minors are allowed to participate in our tours when accompanied by a legal guardian or authorized person.
6.1.4 Your ticket confirmation has to be provided on the day of the event either in printed format or as digital format on your phone.
6.1.5 Special guest appearances might be subject to change due to professional reasons. In the event of a guest cancellation a replacement guest will be arranged if available. A guest cancellation does not entitle for a ticket refund.
6.1.6 Travel expenses as well as costs for accomodation and catering are only included according to the ticket description of each battlefield tour. The tour itinerary might be subject to change and can be modified at any time if needed.
6.1.7 We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC may take photographs or video recordings during the battlefield tour on which you might be identifiable. By purchasing a ticket to attend any of our battlefield tours, you authorize We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours LLC to take photos or video recodings on which you could appear. We could use these images or recordings for advertising or commercial purposes as part of the promotion of its activity on websites, social media, advertising or exhibition, but not limited to. You declare that you are of legal age and have all the capacity and powers to grant said authorization. The legal representatives purchasing tickets for the benefit of their minor children declare that they are of legal age and authorize the recording on photo or video of their minor child or children, by accepting these terms and conditions.
6.1.8 The resale of tickets for our battlefield tours is prohibited.
6.1.9 You do not have the right of withdrawal, with regard to the provision of services relating to leisure activities which must be provided on a date or a period determined. The contract is therefore definitively concluded upon placing the order in accordance with the terms specified in these terms and conditions.
6.1.10 We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC can not be held responsible for the theft or loss of your property, or for any injury or damage suffered by a participant during the event.
6.1.11 The involved parties cannot be held responsible, nor break their commitment, if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of their obligations, as described herein, results from a case of force majeure. A case of force majeure is understood to mean any event beyond the control of the debtor, which could not be reasonably foreseen when the contract was concluded and the effects of which cannot be avoided by appropriate measures, which event prevents the performance of its obligation by the debtor. The ban on public reception decided by government authorities for a determined period for health reasons will also be considered as a case of force majeure.
6.1.12 Should We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC be forced to postpone an event due to a case of force majeure, the event will be postponed to a later date and tickets will be automatically postponed to the new date, without giving rise to a refund. If you cannot attend the event by this date, you are invited to contact us at email@example.com
6.2 International Travel
6.2.1 Before booking your ticket, please familiarize yourself with the entry requirements of the countries involved in the tour you wish to purchase tickets for. You must be in the possession of a valid passport. Your passport must also be subject to your local entry and exit regulations and valid for at least the duration of your trip or according to your local regulations.
6.3 Travel Insurance
6.3.1 Travel insurance is not included in any ticket purchase. Each tour attendee must conclude his individual travel insurance based on his / her needs to cover any unforseen circumstances.
6.3.2 We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC does not provide travel insurance.
6.4 Health & Mobility Concerns
6.4.1 If you have not already informed us of health and / or mobility concerns with your ticket request, that may effect your enjoyment of the tour, please inform us by email as soon as possible after your ticket purchase by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
6.4.2 In case of not providing We Happy Few Gettysburg Museum Tours, LLC with your health or mobility concerns in advance, we can not guarantee to take these into account for the tour you have purchased tickets for.
7. Registration and accounts
7.1 We do not provide user accounts on our website at this time.
8. Our rights to use your content
8.1 In these terms and conditions, "your content" means all works and materials (including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, audio-visual material, scripts, software and files) that you submit to us or our website for storage or publication on, processing by, or transmission via, our website.
8.2 You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
8.3 You grant to us the right to sub-license the rights licensed under Section 8.2.
8.4 You grant to us the right to bring an action for infringement of the rights licensed under Section 8.2.
8.5 You hereby waive all your moral rights in your content to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; and you warrant and represent that all other moral rights in your content have been waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8.6 Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach any provision of these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may delete, unpublish or edit any or all of your content.
9. Rules about your content

20.1 Subject to Section 12.1, these terms and conditions, together with our privacy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and participation of events and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website and participation of events.

21.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.S. law.
21.2 Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
